Kentucky Bluegrass Sod
At Gallatin Valley Sod we provide 4 and 5 variety blends of premium Kentucky Bluegrass. Our varieties of bluegrass are chosen to have the characteristics of early Spring green up, tolerance for short mowing heights, dark green summer color, resistance to disease, aggressive rhizomes (for high traffic areas), and drought tolerance. The varieties offered by Gallatin Valley Sod will perform equally well in golf course, homes, or athletic fields.
Turf Type Fescue
Our fescue blend will be available mid to late summer of 2011. It will feature many of the same characteristics as our bluegrass mix, but with deeper rooting for improved drought tolerance.
